中文摘要：在高校,为提高学报质量,增强学报的社会竞争力,学报编辑应树立高尚的人格形象,以高尚的人格作用于作者、审者、读者,使他们接受编辑的影响,进而参与学报生产活动。编辑人格形象的影响作用主要表现为智能的吸引与引导作用、道德的感召作用、情感的亲和作用、气质与性格的感化作用等。为此,编辑应在自我教育、知识储备、敬业情感、职业道德等方面加强自身修养。

外文摘要：To enhance the quality and competitive ability of journal of universities, the editors of it should set high personality image, and affect the authors, the reviewers and the readers of the journals by means of high personality of themselves, so as to enable them take part in the journal publish. The effects of editor＇s personality image focus on the aspect of the learning, faculty, moral, emotion, blood and character. So, the editors should improve their thought, enlarge their learning, love their job and pay attention to their professional moral.
