外文摘要：Polyunsaturated fatty acid is a materials with a specific biological function, which have played an important role in immune regulation, cell growth, gene regulation, lipid metabolism and cancer on organism.This article outlined the biological functions of polyunsaturated fatty acids and the research progress of its application on chicken production, including the regulation of production performance on chickens, eggs, meat quality and other aspects of the immune.
