中文摘要:分别添加孔雀石绿、亚甲基蓝、制霉菌素、达克宁、里劳素等抗真菌药 ,进行远海梭子蟹离体卵孵化 ,并对孵化出的蟹幼体进行人工培育至幼蟹 .结果发现 ,孔雀石绿孵化率最高 ;里劳素氵蚤Ⅰ 2 4h存活率最高 .0 .2mg/dm3 浓度孔雀石绿孵化率达 1 6 % .0 .1mg/dm3 里劳素氵蚤Ⅰ 2 4h存活率达 7.2 % .在 2 4.5~ 2 7.5℃下 ,从氵蚤状幼体至大眼幼体为 1 2d ,存活率为 51 .3% ;从大眼幼体至第一期幼蟹需 4d ,存活率为 1 7.3% .

外文摘要:The hatching of in vitro embryo of Portunus pelagicus was conducted by using malachite green,methylene blue,nyffungini, miconazoli natrii,ketoconazole antimycotic, and the larvae after hatching were artificially cultured to the larval Portunus pelagicus . The results show that the effects of anti fungus of malachite green and ketoconazole are better, which of malachite green is the best with the concentration 0.2mg/dm 3,which of ketoconazole is the best with the concentration 0.1mg/dm 3. Under the temperature of 24.5~27.5℃,it takes 12d from zoea larva to megalopa larva with the survival rate 51.3%. It needs 4d from megalopa larva to the first stage larval crab with the survival rate 17.3%.
