外文摘要：The work signature right means that the copyright body have the right to decide sign signature or not, and choose the way to signs signature at his own work, and have right to refuse anyone not participating in creating request sign signature. Signing signature right have the attribute of personal right, involving status fight and personality right, and property right and absolute right.
