中文摘要:从智慧经济、智慧生活、智慧技术和智慧治理4个维度构建粤港澳大湾区智慧城市建设水平指标体系,运用综合测度模型、修正引力模型等分析粤港澳大湾区智慧城市建设网络空间结构。结果发现:(1)2010—2019年,粤港澳大湾区智慧城市建设快速发展,空间集聚明显,以香港、深圳、广州和佛山等为珠江东翼城市枢纽,中山、肇庆、江门和珠海等珠江西翼城市为重要节点。(2)粤港澳大湾区智慧城市建设联系强度逐渐增强,协同网络呈现出多核心、网络化、一体化的演变趋势。然而,受制于体制机制障碍,粤港澳大湾区智慧城市建设网络疏密程度不同。(3)粤港澳大湾区智慧城市建设水平的相互作用强度呈梯度分布特征。基于研究结果,粤港澳大湾区应依托现有的智慧城市联系网络,以核心城市为增长极,在合作统筹协调机制的建立、规划引导的强化、合作平台的搭建等内生作用和外生作用的共同影响下,分级分类稳步推进智慧城市建设。
外文摘要:This paper constructed a system of indicators for the level of smart city construction in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in four dimensions:smart economy,smart life,smart technology and smart governance.Using theories and methods such as the integrated measurement model and the modified gravity model,this paper quantified and analyzed the cyberspace structure of the smart city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The results showed that:①From 2010 to 2019,the smart city construction in Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area developed rapidly,with obvious spatial agglomeration.Hong Kong,Shenzhen,Guangzhou and Foshan were the urban hubs in the east wing of the Pearl River,and Zhongshan,Zhaoqing,Jiangmen and Zhuhai were the important nodes in the West Wing of the Pearl River.②The connection strength of smart city construction in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area had gradually strengthened,and the collaborative network had shown the evolution trend of multi-core,networking and integration.However,restricted by institutional obstacles,the construction network of smart cities in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area was different in density.③The interaction intensity of the smart city construction level in Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area showed a gradient distribution characteristic.On the above,Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay Area should rely on the existing smart city contact network,take the core city as the growth pole.Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay Area should steadily promote the construction of smart city by classification under the joint influence of endogenous and exogenous effects such as the establishment of cooperation coordination mechanism,the strengthening of planning guidance,and the construction of cooperation platform.
