外文摘要:Two polysaccharide components were isolated and purified from fresh Cistanche deserticola by DEAE-52 column chromatography. The physicochemical properties of CDP-1 and CDP-2 were determined by XRD, SEM, NMR, FT-IR and DTG. Results showed that CDP-1(81.2%) had higher carbohydrate content than CDP-2(70.92%), while CDP-2 had higher uronic acid content than CDP-1. Glucose (Glc) was the main monosaccharide in CDP-1 reaching 97.1%. Meanwhile, CDP-2 was mainly composed of arabinose (Ara), galactose (Gal) and glucose (Glc), and their contents were 21.00%, 23.97% and 49.61%, respectively. The molecular weights (Mw) of CDP-1 and CDP-2 were 510.35 and 1705.36 kDa, respectively. Besides, CDP-2 had a triple-helical structure. According to 1D/2D NMR spectroscopy, the major sugar residues of CDP-1 were (1→4)-linked α-D-glucopyranosyl, while they were α-L-Araf-(1→, →3)-α-L-Araf-(1→, (1→6)-linkedα-D-glucopyranosyl, →4)-β-Galp-(1→ and α-Galp-(1→ in CDP-2. Thermal gravimetric analysis suggested that CDP-2 had a more a stable structure than CDP-1. According to the antioxidant assay, CDP-2 exhibited stronger ABTS radicals scavenging ability than CDP-1.
