中文摘要：本文以“广珠铁路珠海西站物流中心一期”工程项目为基础,通过分析项目从决策阶段到项目后评价阶段的造价管理信息,对该项目进行严格把控。结合该项目的实际施工情况,优化项目在各个过程中所涉及的工艺和成本,达到造价管理的目的。本文研究旨在提高建筑项目的经济效益和生产价值,为国内建筑行业全过程造价管理提供一定的建议和帮助。

外文摘要：Based on the project of“The first phase of Zhuhai West Station Logistics Center of Guangzhou-ZhuHai Railway”,this paper analyzes the cost management information from the decision-making stage to the post-evaluation stage,and controls the project strictly.Combined with the actual construction of the project,the process and cost involved in each process of the project are optimized to achieve the goal of cost management.This study aims to improve the economic benefits and production value of construction projects,and provide some suggestions and help for the whole process cost management of the domestic construction industry.
