中文摘要：新质生产力作为生产力的一种突破性升级,为我国海洋经济高质量发展提供坚实保障。本文以我国沿海11省份的2010-2020年面板数据为样本,可视化分析了新质生产力和海洋经济高质量发展的时空演变特征,并对新质生产力与海洋经济高质量发展之间的关系和空间溢出效应进行了实证分析和检验。结果表明:(1)时空动态演变特征显示,我国新质生产力和海洋经济高质量发展水平整体上呈现显著上升趋势,且在空间上整体呈现“东部>南部>北部”的态势。(2)新质生产力对我国海洋经济高质量发展具有显著的促进作用。(3)新质生产力对海洋经济高质量发展具有显著的正向空间溢出效应。此外,本文拓展了新质生产力的研究视角,并为海洋经济高质量发展提供了相应的对策建议。

外文摘要：As a breakthrough upgrade of productivity,the new quality productive forces provide a solid guarantee for the highquality development of China′s Marine economy.Based on the panel data of 11 coastal provinces in China from 2010 to 2020,this paper visualizes and analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of new quality productive forces and high-quality development of marine economy,and empirically analyzes and examines the relationship and spatial spillover effect between new quality productive forces and high-quality development of marine economy.The results showed that:(1)The spatio-temporal dynamic evolution characteristics showed that the new quality productive forces and high-quality development level of marine economy in China as a whole had shown a significant upward trend,and the overall spatial pattern of"east>south>north".(2)New quality productive forces played a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of China′s marine economy.(3)The new quality productive forces had a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the high-quality development of marine economy.In addition,this paper expands the research perspective of new quality productive forces,and provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the high quality development of marine economy.
