中文摘要：散落在广东沿海的一个个渔民聚落，以疍家人为代表，其风格独具的习尚、礼仪、村社组织结构，闪现着古朴光芒。然而，在渔民转产转业的现实压力和现代文明的强力冲击下，疍民民俗文化遗产日渐消没，尤其是非物质文化遗产的抢救和保护迫在眉睫。“三农”中的“三渔”——一个更贫穷和脱渔失渔后无所适从的特殊弱势群体，存在被边缘化的危险——值得关注。帮助他们走出营生困境，在现代文明中找到自我，找到生活的立足点和成长点至关重要。
