中文摘要:为解决激光立体光固化3D打印成型件后期清洗处理繁琐、效率低等问题,设计了一种成型件清洗装置。采用机械与电控相结合的方法,利用STM32嵌入式单片机做主控单元,包括驱动电机、OLED显示、降压等模块,结合Cero三维建模软件设计出的实体模型,最终实体化清洗装置。试验结果表明,该装置可有效实现3D打印成型件的半自动化清洗,具有结构简单、清洗效率高、实用性强等特点,具有一定的市场推广价值。

外文摘要:In order to solve the problems of complex cleaning and low efficiency in the later stage of laser stereolithography 3D printing,a kind of cleaning device was designed.Adopting the method of combination of mechanical and electric control,using STM32 embedded single-chip microcomputer as the main control unit,including driving motor,OLED display,voltage reduction and other modules,combining with the solid model designed by cero 3D modeling software,the final solid cleaning device.The experimental results show that the device can effectively realize the semi-automatic cleaning of 3D printing parts,which has the characteristics of simple structure,high cleaning efficiency and strong practicability,and has certain market promotion value.
