中文摘要:针对串联补偿电容接入输电线路后引发的问题及对线路保护工作的影响,对串联电容补偿线路的保护算法——模型法进行了可解性分析,指出该方法虽然具有简单直观的优点,但需要求解三阶线性方程组,并且仿真实验计算的结果与实际值存有较大误差,为此,提出了减少误差的方法——实用降阶法。最后,结合山西阳城至江苏淮阴500kV送电工程进行了仿真计算分析,仿真计算表明,采用实用降阶法具有计算量小,精度高的特点。

外文摘要:In view of the problems arising from the series compensating capacitance introduced into transmission lines and the influence on line protection, this paper analyzes the solvability of the model method, a protection algorithm for seriescompensated transmission lines. It is indicated that simple and visual as the method is, it necessitates the solving of third- order linear equation groups, and the results of simulation test and calculation considerably deviate from the actual values. Consequently, the practical order reducing means is proposed to reduce errors. The power transmission project from Yangcheng, Shanxi to Huaiyin, Jiangsu is simulated by EMTP(electro magnetic transients program). The result proves that the practical order reducing means is less laborious and more accurate.
