中文摘要:对现有电饭煲生产工艺进行了详尽的分析,提出了改造升级的目标;并就生产线改造中的具体问题给出了解决方案,设计出了升级版的上下料生产线,使两条生产线工人数量由原来的16人减到了4人,生产节拍为7秒,提高了生产效率,降低了产品成本,得到企业认可;对同类企业起到了示范作用,已经得到广泛的推广应用。

外文摘要:This paper analyzes the traditional rice cooker manufacturing process, the targets and the detail upgrade methods of traditional cooker process have been provided, the new process has been designed and the workers had reduced from 16 to 4 on two lines, the production rate is 7 seconds, it also has high production efficiency and low costs of product, the new process not only accepted by the owner but also demonstrated to the other enterprise, the model has been applied by other similar cooperation.
