中文摘要：从实现民族伟大复兴中国梦面临的国际舆论、文化和人才竞争等形势出发,以来华留学生面临的跨文化问题实际和世界上其他国家留学生培养战略为参照,提出重视来华留学生跨文化适应的国家战略价值非常必要也正当其时;分析了来华留学生跨文化适应对新时代提升国家文化软实力,增加国际高端人才储备和构建有利国际环境的积极意义;提出要转变思维,清醒认识来华留学生跨文化问题的国家战略价值,强化文化特色,打造中国留学生教育特色品牌,创新思路方法,提升来华留学生跨文化问题解决效果。

外文摘要：Intercultural adaptation issues are not only a problem faced by international students'education,but also an important issue with national strategic value.It is significant to enhance national cultural soft power,increase international high-level talent reserves and build a favorable international environment.We should understand its national strategic value clearly,strengthen cultural characteristics to create a distinctive brand,and innovate ideas and methods to improve the effectiveness of cross-cultural problem solving for these students.
