中文摘要：针对二级学院仪器设备开放共享平台建设上存在的问题,从平台管理及技术队伍培养体系建设、管理运行机制及条件保障、场地及设备统筹管理等方面探讨了二级学院仪器设备开放共享平台的建设途径,提出了解决管理和运行人员不足、场地缺乏、仪器设备分散、运行机制不完善不落地等问题的方法和途径,充分发挥二级学院仪器设备在实验教学、科研活动、人才培养等方面的重要作用,为一流本科专业建设提供坚实的条件保障。

外文摘要：In view of the problems existing in the construction of the opening and sharing platform of instruments and equipment in the second level colleges,this paper discusses the ways to construct such platform from the aspects of platform management and technical team training system,management operation mechanism and condition guarantee,site and equipment overall management,etc.The methods and approaches to solve the problems of insufficient management and operation personnel,lack of the site,scattered instruments and equipment,imperfect operation mechanism,etc.are put forward.The important role of instruments and equipment in experimental teaching,scientific research activities,talent training,etc.of the secondary level colleges is fully played,which provides a solid guarantee for the construction of the first-class undergraduate majors.
