中文摘要：党的十九大报告对供给侧结构性改革做出了详细论述,这是我们党的一个重大理论创新,这一理论具有广泛的适用性和强大的解释力。就高等教育而言,同样也存在着供给侧方面的问题,这一问题可以借鉴我们党提出的供给侧结构性改革的思路予以解决。当前,高校红色文化资源育人中存在许多亟待解决的问题,从供给侧改革的思路出发,提出解决高校红色文化资源育人工作中的领导机制、管理模式、育人队伍建设等问题的对策,对提升高校红色文化资源育人功能具有重要意义。

外文摘要：The idea of supply-side reform in China,which is a major theoretical innovation has extensive applicability and explanatory power. As far as higher education is concerned,there are also the supply-side problems. There are problems to be solved in the red cultural resource in colleges and universities. Such as the leadership mechanism,the management mode and the construction of the working team in the development of the red cultural resource. They are of great significance in promoting the educational function of red cultural resource in colleges and universities.
