中文摘要:转型期的中国社会问题具有较大的复杂性,而社会工作者在其中扮演的角色也越来越重要。传统的社会工作人才培养中存在的问题,势将成为阻碍社会工作职业化进程的重要因素。社会工作专业人才培养在我国进入新的阶段,培养方式的优化成为关注的重点。借用更为系统的理论视角,将高等院校、社会工作机构和政府作为社会工作人才培养优化的主要参与者,从三方各自的优势出发,以市场需求为导向,达到社会工作专业人才培养的科学优化。

外文摘要:The social problems in China are complicated during the transformation period, when social workers play an increasingly important role. The traditional talent training modes of social workers are defective, which is bound to be an element to hinder the professionalization of social workers. As the training of social work professionals enters a new period, the optimization of training has become the focus of attention. The paper employs systematic theories, and proposes that universities, social work organizations and governments are the major participants of the optimization of social worker training, and the three participants should take their respective advantages, orient their jobs toward market needs, and achieve the scientiifcally optimized training of social work professionals.
