中文摘要:选用"巴西"香蕉为材料,采用5×5希腊-拉丁方设计,研究了不同温度(16、19、22、25、28℃)和光照(1000、1500、3000、5000、8000 lx)对香蕉组培苗生长的影响。结果表明:温度对香蕉组培苗增殖和生根均有极显著的影响,光照对香蕉组培苗增殖和生根均无显著影响。温度在16-28℃之间,倍增率和生根率均随温度的升高而增大,尤以25-28℃最适宜。
外文摘要:In this study, banana variety "Brazil" was used as the experimental material, and the effects of dif ferent temperatures (16℃, 19℃, 22℃, 25℃, 28℃, 31℃ and 34℃) and five light intensities (1000 lx, 1500lx, 3000 lx, 5000 lx and 8000 lx) on the growth of tissue-culture derived banana plantlets were studied with a 5 ×5 Greco Latin square design. The results showed that temperature had significant effects on multiplication and rooting of tissue .culture derived banana plantlets, but light intensities did not. During the temperatures of 16 -8℃, the multiplication and rooting ratio were increasing with the higher temperature, especially at suitable temperature from 25'C to 28℃.
