中文摘要:在分别含非植酸磷为0.37 % ,0.37 % ,0.27 %和0.17 %的四种(CL ,T1 ,T2和T3)等钙(3.75 %)蛋鸡(25~35周龄)日粮中 ,T1 ,T2和T3均添加500U/kg 植酸酶。结果 ,主要营养素(干物质、氮、灰分、钙、磷)的存留率显著提高。当非植酸磷水平降到0.17 %时 ,不影响产蛋量和蛋品质。
外文摘要:A total of 360 commercial ISA Brown laying hens were used to investigated the effects of phytase supplementation on egg production,egg quality,main nutrients retention,and p excretion at peak production period(25 to 45 wk of ege).Available phosphorus levels of four isocalcium(3.75%)corn-soybean diets(CL,T1,T2 and T3)were 0.37%,0.37%,0.27%,0.17%,respectively.A level of500 U/kg microbial phytase was added to experimental diets except CL.The results showed that retention of main nutrients(DM,N,Ash,Ca and P)were significantly improved,and excretion of P and Ash were lower(P<0.05)in phytase-supplemented groups than that in CL,whereas excretion of N and Ca were not significantly different among treatments.It was not only improved availability of phytase p,reducted p excretion,but also raised egg production in normal corn-soybean diet adding 500 U/kg phytase,even diet AP Level was decreased till 0.17%,no adverse effects on egg production and egg quality were observed.
