中文摘要：随着数字乡村战略的深入推进,数字化平台对于推动乡村治理现代化有着重要作用。为探索数字化平台如何赋能乡村公共空间治理,基于全国22个乡村治理的典型案例,采取扎根理论方法进行深入分析。结果表明:在数字化平台赋能乡村公共空间治理的过程中,包容性是内核动力,共享性是基础条件,互动性是必要前提,延展性是持续保障;数字化平台要以文化、资源、关系、场所4个维度构建赋能体系,实现理念规范、资源整合、结构重组、场域重塑,即空间治理有效。提出因地制宜打造协调式平台、拓宽平台交流渠道、培养乡村数字人才、打造复合型空间治理的路径,从而实现数字治理与乡村公共空间的高度融合,推动乡村治理现代化发展。

外文摘要：With the deepening of the digital rural strategy,digital platform play an important role in promoting the modernization of rural governance.In order to explore how digital platform empower rural public space governance,based on 22 typical cases of rural governance in China,grounded theory is adopted for in-depth analysis.The results indicate that in the process of empowering rural public space governance through digital platform,inclusivity is the core driving force,sharing is the basic condition,interactivity is a necessary prerequisite,and extensibility is a sustainable guarantee.The digital platform should build an empowerment system from four dimensions:culture,resources,relationships and places,to achieve conceptual standardization,resource integration,structural restructuring,and field reshaping,which means effective spatial governance.The path is proposed including building a coordinated platform tailored to local conditions,expanding platform communication channels,cultivating rural digital talents,and creating a composite spatial governance,in order to achieve a high degree of integration between digital governance and rural public space,and promote the modernization of rural governance.
