中文摘要:为探索凸曲面三维加工方向的选择方法,对原始几何模型进行数学推导,证明残留高度对横向曲率半径的偏导数为负数,说明残留高度随横向曲率半径的增大而减小。在CAD/CAM软件上对同一凸曲面做两种不同方向的等行距三维加工仿真实验,结果表明横向曲率半径较大的加工残留高度小。该结论可用于选择注塑模凸曲面三维加工方向,尤其对小曲面的半精加工有较大的参考价值。

外文摘要:In order to explore the means of selecting three-axis milling direction for curvex surface,by mathmatics deducing on original geometric model,it is demonstrated the partial derivative of scallop-heigh to transversal curvature-radial is negative,which indicates that the scallop-height will decrease as transversal curvature-radial increases.With three-dimension CAD/CAM software,simulation experiments of three-axis millings toward two different directions on the same convex surface were done.The results show that the precision of milling with greater transversal curvature is better than the other.This conclusion can be applied in selecting three-axis milling direction for convex surface of plastic injection mould.It's especial valuable in semi-finish milling on small surface.
