中文摘要:目的探讨乌贼墨提取物对环磷酰胺所致小鼠肺纤维化的改善或治疗作用及在不同乌贼墨提取物浓度条件下的保护效果。方法腹腔注射环磷酰胺以制作肺纤维化模型,试验组灌服不同剂量的乌贼墨提取物,观察小鼠肺重系数,血液与肺组织中MDA、SOD、HYP、CAT及GSH-Px含量。结果与对照组相比,环磷酰胺能显著地改变小鼠肺重系数(P<0.01),也能不同程度地改变小鼠血液及肺组织中MDA、SOD、HYP、CAT及GSH-Px的含量,从而促进肺的纤维化过程。适当剂量的乌贼墨提取物能显著改善由环磷酰胺所致肺纤维化小鼠各项指标的变化(P<0.05或P<0.01),但在提取物浓度太高的情况下,对环磷酰胺所致肺纤维化小鼠各项指标变化的影响较小。结论乌贼墨提取物对环磷酰胺引起的小鼠肺纤维化具有一定的保护作用。
外文摘要:Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of sepia ink extract on cyclophosphamine-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, animals in every group were orally administered with indicated concentration of squid ink extract and animal model of pulmonary fibrosis was established with abdominally injection of cyclophosphamine. The index of lung and contents of MDA,SOD, CAT,GSH-Px and HYP in lung tissue and serum were observed. Results Compared to control group, cytoxan raised significantly the index of lung (P〈0.01), and also incoordinately changed the contents of MDA, SOD, HYP, CAT and GSH-Px in blood or lung (P〈0. 01 or P〈0.05), which resulted in pulmonary fibrosis. Meanwhile, sepia ink extract at suitable concentration could ameliorate significantly the changes of parameters induced by cyclophosphamine (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Whereas, the high concentration of sepia ink extract had no obvious effect on the changes (P〈0.05). Conclusion Sepia ink extract can play a definite protective role on pulmonary fibrosis in mice.
