中文摘要：印度是保护传统医药较为成功的国家,已逐步建立了一套独特的传统医药知识产权保护体系,目前被国际上尤其是亚洲很多国家所认可。中国和印度同为发展中国家,历史悠久、传统医药知识丰富,两国有着许多共同之处。一方面中国应联合印度等东南亚国家积极争夺传统医药资源保护的话语权,共同抵制"生物剽窃"行为,另一方面也应进一步有效管理传统医药产业。

外文摘要：As a successful country in protecting traditional medicine, India has built a specific system to protect traditional medicine intellectual property. Nowadays, the system has been internationally recognized, especially by many Asian countries. There are similarities between China and India. For example, both of them are developing countries, and famous for the long history and abundantly traditional medicine intellectual. On the one hand, China could make an alliance with India and other East-south Asian countries to get voice of protecting traditional medicine resources positively and resist the behavior of Biopiracy. On the other hand, we should effectively manage traditional medicine industry further.
