中文摘要:探讨从江蓠中提取岩藻硫多糖的工艺条件及提取产物的理化性质。采用单因素实验和正交实验,考察了酸浓度、时间、物料比及温度对岩藻多糖提取率的影响,并进行了极差分析和方差分析。采用酸法从江蓠菜中提取岩藻多糖的最佳工艺条件为:盐酸浓度0.17mol/L、时间为2.5 h、物料比1∶40及温度90℃,提取率9.54%。按最佳提取条件,采用乙醇分级沉淀法制得多糖样品,多糖含量平均为20.96%,硫酸基含量平均为10.70%,蛋白含量平均为0.81%。按最佳工艺条件得到的3种粗多糖、褐藻胶、岩藻多糖的蛋白质含量很低,3种硫酸多糖的Feling反应、碘-碘化钾反应、三氯化铁反应均为阴性。江蓠岩藻多糖是一类含有硫酸基团的非还原性糖,无淀粉和非多酚类物质的杂多糖。

外文摘要:The study aimed to discuss the technology conditions of extracting fucoidin from G.tenuistipitata and the physicochemical property of extract.The influences of acid concentration,time,material ratio and temperature on fucoidin extraction rate were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment and the range and variance analyses were conducted.The optimum process conditions of extracting fucoidin from G.tenuistipitata by acid method were as follows: extracting at 90 ℃ for 2.5 h with 0.17 mol/L hydrochloride and material ratio of 1∶40 and the extraction rate was 9.54%.Under the optimum extraction conditions,the polysaccharides samples were prepared by grading ethanol precipitation method and the polysaccharides content averaged 20.96%,the sulfate content averaged 10.70% and the protein content averaged 0.81%.The protein contents of three kinds of crude polysaccharides,alginate and fucoidin obtained under the optimum process conditions were very low and their feling reaction,iodine-potassium iodine reaction and trichloride ferric reaction were negative.The fucoidin in G.tenuistipitata was a non-reducing sugar containing sulfate groups and a heteropolysaccharide without starch and polyphenols.
