中文摘要：新闻媒体可通过新闻叙事产生新闻话语,新闻话语的生成和话语环境密不可分。南海问题是国际焦点问题之一,也是国际话语权的争夺对象,不少争端国与非争端国的媒体在南海争端中试图通过新闻话语引导舆论,争夺话语权,获得舆论优势。通过对南海问题非争端国柬埔寨华文媒体《华商日报》关于南海问题新闻话语特色的分析,发现其明显倾向中国;《华商日报》对南海问题的话语构建,是其华人报纸的媒体立场、柬埔寨国内的新闻制度和中柬两国长期以来的友好关系等因素共同作用而成。

外文摘要：News media can generate news discourse through news narrative,and the generation of news discourse is inseparable from the discourse environment. The South China Sea issue is one of the international focuses and the object of international discourse power. Many media in disputed countries and non-discriminating countries tried to guide public opinion through news discourse in the dispute over the South China Sea,vying for the right to speak and gaining the advantage of public opinion. Through analyzing characteristics of the news discourse of the South China Sea issue in China Business Daily,media of Cambodia—the non-disputed country of the South China Sea,the article finds that the media obviously supports China. The discourse construction of the South China Sea issue by China Business Daily is co-influenced by its media position as Chinese newspaper,the media system of Cambodia,as well as the long-standing friendly relations between China and Cambodia.
