中文摘要：为了进一步全面履行STCW公约对船员基本安全培训的要求,提高船员的实际操作能力、安全管理意识和培训质量,结合目前船员基本安全培训存在的问题和虚拟现实技术的优点,提出利用虚拟现实技术开发适用于船员基本安全培训的实操评估训练系统的构想,为新形势下船员基本安全的课程培训提供新思路和新方法。

外文摘要：In order to further fulfill the requirements of the STCW convention for the basic security trainingof crews and improve the actual operational ability, security management awareness of crews and training quality,combined with the existing problems of security training for the crews and advantages of virtual reality, anassumption is put forward to developing evaluation training system for basic security practice for the crews withvirtual reality technology, so as to provide new ideas and new methods for training of basic security course ofcrews in the new situation.
