外文摘要：The decision system for sea search and rescue was developed based on ECDIS to accumulate the efficiency of search and rescue in the sea. The implementation methods of some functions in the system were introduced, including the report and update of maritime incident, arrangement of rescue ships and planes, the forecast of the drifting trace of the distress target, the suitable choice of search patterns and rescue plans, etc.
