中文摘要：生态化创新的宏观背景是企业面临政府环保要求、市场竞争的双重压力。产业生态化创新是在生态学、产业生态学等原理的指导下,按照物质循环、生物和产业共生原理对产业生态系统内的各组分进行优化组合,建立高效率、低消耗、无(低)污染、经济与环境相协调的产业生态体系的过程。产业生态化创新的核心是技术生态化创新,本质是全程生态化,内容主要有技术生态化创新、绿色制度创新、绿色企业文化营造等,其实现形式是建立生态产业园。文章认为,生态产业园是实现产业经济可持续发展的具体途径,是实现整个社会可持续发展的最理想模式。文中还对沱牌集团生态园的建立和实践进行了分析。

外文摘要：The macroscopic background of ecological innovation of industry (EII) is that an enterprise facesthe dual pressure that government appeal to protect ecological environment and market competition. TheEII is a process to optimize the combination of industrial ecosystem components to establish an industrialecosystem of high efficiency, low depletion and no (low) pollution with a harmony of prosperous economyand better ecological environment, according to the principles of material circulation as well as thesymbiosis of living creatures and industry in both ecology and industrial ecology. The core of EII is theecological innovation of technology whereas its essence is whole-process ecological management. EIIprimarily includes ecological innovation of technology, green system innovation, the construction of greenenterprise culture, etc., and it is realized by establishing an ecological industrial park (EIP). It is believedthat EIP is a concrete path to the realization of the sustainable development of industry economy and themost ideal model to realize the sustainable development of whole society. The EII establishment practiceof the Top up Group is briefly analyzed in this paper.
