中文摘要：根据主成分分析法建立网站评价的指标体系,并以指标的贡献度来确定指标的权重。用问卷调查的形式获取评价的实测值,借助射影这一量化工具构建网站质量评价模型,以此得出被评价网站间的优劣序关系。并通过一个实例说明该方法的有效性和方便实用性。

外文摘要：The evaluation index system for website is established according to Principal Component Analysis and the weighting vector of indices was made sure by contribution degree of indices.The measured values were to obtain with a questionnaire survey.By means of projection,the evaluation model of website quality was made up.Furthermore,the order relation of websites quality was to obtain by the model.And finally,we give an example to illustrate the effectiveness,convenience and practicability developed method.
