中文摘要：伴随产业扶贫发展,驻村干部发挥着不可替代的作用。本文以广东省吴川市稳村为例,总结了驻村干部在注重产业品牌建设、精准定位销售对象、提升产业扶贫效率的成功经验,分析了驻村干部存在的扶贫心力不足,项目工作管理、资源整合、人才培养能力有限等问题,提出了扶贫思想意识教育、驻村工作机制、技能培训体系、人才引进方式等方面的建议,推动驻村干部引领产业扶贫长效机制的形成,进而不断促进乡村振兴与发展。

外文摘要：with the development of industry poverty alleviation,village cadres play an irreplaceable role.The cadres in the village pay attention to the construction of industrial brand and accurately position the sales target,which improves the efficiency of industrial poverty alleviation.However,the cadres in the village are not strong enough in poverty alleviation,and their abilities in project management,resource integration and personnel training are limited.It is necessary to promote the formation of long-term mechanism of industrial poverty alleviation led by village cadres from the aspects of poverty alleviation ideological education,working mechanism,skill training system and talent introduction mode,so as to continuously promote the revitalization and development of rural areas.
