中文摘要:进入21世纪以来,我国海洋经济的规模和增速得到显著提升。通过使用DPSIR模型,构建包括驱动力、压力、状态、影响和响应五个维度的海洋资源环境承载力评价指标体系,运用熵值法客观赋权,采用TOPSIS模型和障碍度模型,评价和分析2006-2016年我国11个沿海省份海洋资源环境承载力和障碍因素。研究结果显示:总体上,我国11个沿海省份海洋资源环境承载力呈现出稳定上升趋势;从各个子系统情况来看,驱动力和压力子系统的评价值较大,而状态、影响和响应子系统的评价情况有待改善;从障碍因素分析来看,主要单项指标障碍因素包括人均海洋矿业资源量、自然保护区个数等,响应子系统是影响我国沿海省份海洋资源环境承载力提高的主要分类指标障碍因素。基于评价分析结果,提出相应的建议。

外文摘要:Since the beginning of the 21st century,the scale and growth rate of China’s marine economy have been significantly improved.Through the use of the DPSIR model,the research build a marine resources and environment carrying capacity evaluation index system including the driving force,pressure,status,influence and the response of five dimensions by using the method of entropy weight.By using TOPSIS model and obstacle model,the research evaluates and analyzes of 11 coastal provinces and cities in China in 2006-2016 marine resources and environment carrying capacity and obstacle factors.The results show that:on the whole,the carrying capacity of marine resources and environment in 11 coastal provinces and cities in China presents a steady upward trend.From the perspective of each subsystem,the evaluation value of the driving force and pressure subsystem is large,while the evaluation of the state,impact and response subsystem needs to be improved.From the analysis of obstacle factors,the main single index obstacle factors include the amount of marine mining resources per capita and the number of natural reserves,etc.The response subsystem is the main classification index obstacle factors that affect the improvement of marine resources and environmental bearing capacity of coastal provinces and cities in China.Based on the results of evaluation and analysis,corresponding suggestions are put forward.
