中文摘要：【目的】探究海洋生态适宜性的评价方法,为优化海域开发利用空间、保护海洋生态环境和促进沿海社会经济可持续发展提供重要参考基准。【方法】建立以层次分析法和德尔菲法为基础的海域开发利用生态适宜性评价指标体系,给出了指标权重,并以青岛近岸海域为例,利用地理信息系统(GIS),综合评价了青岛市近岸海域开发利用的生态适宜性程度。【结果】青岛近岸部分海域的生境质量较差,生态脆弱性指数较高,海域开发利用的生态适宜性较低。【结论】结合规划约束限制条件,得出生态适宜性程度不同的空间分布,为优化青岛海洋空间规划提供技术支撑。

外文摘要：【Objective】To explore the method to evaluate marine ecological suitability,provide a reference for optimizing marine exploitation space,protect the marine ecological environment and promoting the sustainable development of the coastal social and economic development.【Method】The ecological suitability evaluation index system based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphi method was established,and the index weight was given.Using Qingdao as an example,the ecological suitability of the marine exploitation in coastal Qingdao was synthetically evaluated with geographic information system(GIS).【Result】Most of the coastal waters had poor habitat quality,high ecological vulnerability index and low ecological suitability for exploitation and utilization【.Conclusion】Combined with planning constraints,the spatial distribution of ecological suitability degree is given,the results of this study would provide a technical support for optimizing marine spatial planning in Qingdao.
