中文摘要：选择医学辅助生育是当前众多生育困难青年家庭无奈的自我救赎之路,也是充满希望而又布满诸多家庭压力的漫长艰辛之途。通过应用Hill的ABC-X家庭压力模型理论分析可知,医学辅助生育青年家庭压力的产生除了有家庭个体原因外,更具有我国社会转型期间社会与自然生态环境阶段性恶化的社会深层原因。面对医学辅助生育青年家庭压力,在家庭及个人自身行动外,更需要国家深化社会改革、消除社会转型期间种种社会弊端,以防范家庭生育困难、缓解医学辅助生育家庭压力。

外文摘要：It' s a long way of self-redemption,a long way full of hope,a long and difficult way full of family pressure for many young couples with fertility problems to resort to assisted reproductive technology. From Hill' s ABC-X family pressure model theory,we can see that there are some social causes besides personal causes,namely the deterioration of the nature,social ecology and health care industry in this stage. Facing family pressure,it is necessary for government to deepen social reform and to eliminate various social malpractice during the social transition in order to prevent family fertility problems and to ease the pressure of medical support family besides family action.
