中文摘要：国有林区经济发展问题的研究主要围绕"三危"困境、可持续发展、产业结构调整以及林权制度改革等方面来展开。通过分析以上几方面的研究文献可以发现,现有研究成果存在着系统性研究与基础性理论研究方面的欠缺,并据此提出了要以分工原理为基础,融合演化经济学与奥地利学派经济学的基本原理和分析方法,构建一个新的分析框架,分析国有林区经济系统变迁的机理,服务于国有林区经济发展和社会转型的需要。

外文摘要：This paper analyzes the research status on the problem of economic development in the state-owned forest, from three crises dilemma, sustainable development, industrial structure adjustment and the forest right system reform. The result shows that there is short of systematic and basic theoretical research in the existing research. So, the paper points out the future research direction and focus, that is creating a new analysis framework which assimilate the basic principles and analysis methods of evolutionary economics and Austrian School economics, in order to probe the mechanism of changing economic system in state-owned forest, this is essential for economic development and social transformation of state-owned forest area in China.
