中文摘要：当前科技协同创新发展已成为珠三角地区重要的战略任务。基于珠三角区域政策背景及其现实条件,分析珠三角区域科技协同创新投入与产出现状,并指出珠三角区域科技协同创新所存在的问题和原因;提出要实现区域科技资源共享、重大项目联合攻关、产业集群协同创新、增强科技中介活力、科技金融协同行动等一系列提升珠三角区域科技协同创新绩效的政策建议。

外文摘要：At present, cooperative innovation and development of science and technology has become an important strategic task in the Pearl River Delta region. Based on the background of the regional policy of the Pearl River Delta region and its realistic conditions, this paper analyzes the current situation of the input and output of scientific and technological collaborative innovation in the Pearl River Delta region, and points out the problems and causes of the scientific and technological collaborative innovation in the Pearl River Delta region. The paper puts forward a series of policy suggestions to improve the performance of scientific and technological innovation in the Pearl River Delta region, such as the sharing of regional scientific and technological resources, the joint tackling of major projects, the collaborative innovation of industrial clusters, the enhancement of the vitality of science and technology intermediary, and the coordinated action of science and technology finance.
