中文摘要:以华南地区生产上大面积应用的7个杂交水稻组合及其父母本为材料,研究了利用ISSR标记鉴定杂交稻种子纯度的可行性。结果从60条ISSR引物中筛选出4条引物,能分别在特定杂交稻组合的父母本间扩增出多态性条带,杂种F1代的带型除特优048、湛优226为偏父型外,其余供试杂交稻组合均为互补型,能有效将杂交稻组合与其亲本区分开,说明ISSR标记可用于杂交稻种子的纯度鉴定。
外文摘要:The feasibility of using ISSR markers to identify seed purity of hybrid rice was studied with seven widelyused hybrid rice combinations and their parents in south China rice growing area as plant materials. The results showed that, among 60 tested ISSR primers, four (Primers 817, 842,841 and 850) were screened out for identification of seed purity of the tested hybrids. It was found that these four primers could be used to effectively differentiate the seeds of the parental lines from those of all seven hybrids based on different amplified band patterns. Except two hybrids Teyou 048 and Zhanyou 226, whose F1 hybrids showed the polymorphic patterns of their male parents, all other hybrids showed the complementary patterns of their male and female parents, indicating that ISSR markers could be used for seed purity identification in hybrid rice.
