中文摘要：海洋产业生态系统适应性问题是在海洋经济高速增长下实现海洋生态、海洋经济发展、社会资源整合的重大难题。文章从“产业—环境—社会”系统视角构建了海洋产业生态系统适应性评价指标体系,并结合了均方差赋权法、递阶多层次综合评价法以及障碍因素诊断模型来分析2007—2016年南部海洋经济圈海洋产业生态系统适应性的分布特征,得出以下结论:南部海洋经济圈4个省份的海洋产业生态系统的整体适应性指数有所差异,海洋产业、海洋环境、社会子系统的适应性指数在空间分布上也有所不同,大致呈现出上升的趋势;广东海洋产业生态系统的整体适应性指数最高,广西和海南处于较低的水平;影响南部海洋经济圈海洋产业生态系统的适应性主要来自海洋产业子系统和海洋环境子系统。研究结论对于制定有利于实现南部海洋经济圈海洋产业的可持续发展、促进海洋经济发展与海洋生态环境相协调的政策具有重要参考意义。

外文摘要：The adaptability of marine industry ecosystem is a major problem in the realization of marine ecology, marine economic development, and social resource integration under the rapid growth of marine economy. This paper constructs a marine industry ecosystem adaptability evaluation index system from the perspective of the “industry-environmentsociety” system, and combines the mean square error weighting method, hierarchical multi-level comprehensive evaluation method and obstacle factor diagnosis model to analyze the distribution characteristics of the adaptability of the marine industry ecosystem in the southern marine economic circle in 2007-2016. The following conclusions are drawn: the overall adaptability index of the marine industry ecosystem in the four provinces of the southern marine economic circle is different,and the marine industry, marine environment, and social subsystems are different. The adaptability index is also different in spatial distribution, showing an upward trend;the overall adaptability index of the marine industry ecosystem in Guangdong Province is the highest, while Guangxi and Hainan are at a relatively low level;the impacts on the marine industry ecosystem in the southern marine economic circle. The adaptability mainly comes from the marine industry subsystem and the marine environment subsystem. The research conclusions of this paper have important reference significance for formulating policies that are conducive to the sustainable development of the marine industry in the southern marine economic circle and promote the coordination of marine economic development and marine ecological environment.
