中文摘要:研究了3口凡纳滨对虾高位养殖池中的氮、磷营养盐与初级生产力状况。结果表明,虾池水体中的硝酸盐氮是无机氮的主要存在形式,其平均值含量为134.8μg/L,氨氮与亚硝酸盐平均值含量分别为60.6μg/L和33.0μg/L。无机氮浓度平均值为228.3μg/L,无机磷的浓度平均值为66.0μg/L,均已经超过了富营养化的阈值。虾池N/P值的变化范围为2.27~6.27,绝大部分时间的N/P值在5以下。虾池水柱毛初级生产力变化在1.28~11.38g/(m2·d),总平均值为5.27g/(m2·d);呼吸量的变化范围是1.09~9.26g/(m2·d),总平均值为4.17g/(m2·d)。试验虾池的P/R值的变化范围在1.10~3.00,平均值为1.36。
外文摘要:The change of nutrient salt (ammonium, nitrite, nitrate, phosphate) and primary productivity were studied in three Higher-altitude Litopenaeus vannama culture ponds. The results showed that nitrate was the main form of inorganic nitrogen salt, the average value of nitrate was 134.8 μg/L, the average value of nitrite and ammonia were 33.0 μg/L and 66.0 μg/L respectively. The mean value of inorganic nitrogen and inorganic phosphorus were 228.3 μg/L and 66.0 μg/L respectively, both of which were more than the hold value of eutrophication. Ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus(N/P) which ranged from 2.27 to 6.27 were almost below 5 for most of time. The mean value of primary productivity were 5.27 g/(m2·d), ranging from 1.28 g/(m2·d) to 11.38 g/(m2·d). The respiration rates changed from 1.09 g/(m2·d) to 9.26 g/(m2·d), averaging 4.17 g/(m2·d).The ratio of P/R altered in the range of 1.10 to 3.00, averaging 1.36.
