中文摘要：《现代仪器分析》是食品质量与安全专业本科生的专业基础课,对于培养新形势下的应用型人才有着重要作用。目前存在着无专业类相关教材,教学内容陈旧,考核形式单一,实验训练不足的现象。文章针对食品质量与安全专业的特色,从实际需求出发,对《现代仪器分析》的理论和实验教学内容提出了建议,对教学方式提出了改进,并对考核方式进行了调整。

外文摘要：Modern Instrumental Analysis is a basic course for major, which plays an important role in the cultivation of applied talents under the new situation. There are some problems in teaching process, including the absence of professional teaching materials, outmoded teaching contents, single form of assessment and insufficient practical teaching. This paper focuses on the needing of the food quality and safety major and starts from the actual demand. The advices to theoretical and experimental teaching contents are proposed, the teaching methods are proposed to improve, and the examination way of adjustment is regulated.
