中文摘要：《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》中提出,明确法治、依法治国的总目标。应进一步强化法治意识,依法履职依法决策、文明公正执法。图书馆认真学法、用法、守法,使各项工作纳入法治的轨道。做到人脑人心上下功夫,学而信,坚定理想信念;学而用,坚持问题道向解决问题;学而行,要内化于心,外化于行。从而促进图书馆有章可循,有章可依,执章要严,违章要究。使馆内全体工作人员、读者和其他人员,通过各项章程自觉约束自己,做一个遵纪守法、文明礼貌,有道德的成员。

外文摘要：Central Committee of CPC's decision on certain major issues about comprehensively advancing the ruling by law has cleared the overall goal of ruling the country by law, and further strengthened the awareness of law, decision-making by law and fair law enforcement. Library should learn, use and obey the law seriously, making each work into the orbit of law. Everyone need deserve themselves in learning law, including learning and believing to firm the ideal faith, learning and using to insist on problem-oriented, learning and practicing to obey the law. It could promote rules-based development with strict enforcement. The embassy staff, readers and other personnel in library also can limit themselves through the laws and regulations, and be a law-abiding, polite and ethical member.
