中文摘要：党的十八大以来,脱贫攻坚取得了决定性胜利,但部分边远地区的贫困人口仍未脱贫。根据党和国家对脱贫攻坚的总体部署,"向冉而生"调研组在广西靖西市爱布村开展了"非物质文化遗产助力脱贫攻坚"主题调研活动。通过实地调研考察发现,靖西市要在2020年如期实现小康社会的目标,任务非常艰巨。调研组针对当地致贫、扶贫及脱贫现状,从精准扶贫视角出发,大胆融入现代科学发展理念,大力弘扬非遗文化,积极宣传"文化+经济"创新理念,力图形成非遗产业化助力脱贫攻坚带动经济发展的完整思路,助力靖西市脱贫攻坚。

外文摘要：Since the 18th CPC National Congress,although a decisive victory has been achieved in the tough fight of poverty alleviation,there are still a considerable proportion of the poverty-stricken population living in difficult and remote areas facing a severe situation in poverty alleviation.According to the Party and the country's overall deployment of poverty alleviation in these impoverished areas,the"Xiang Ran Er Sheng"research team carried out a research activity themed on"intangible cultural heritage to help overcome poverty"in Aibu Village,Jingxi City,Guangxi Province.Through field investigations,it was found that the task of Jingxi City to achieve the goal of a well-off society by 2020 is very arduous.In view of the current situation of local poverty,poverty alleviation and poverty elimination,the research team,from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation,boldly integrates the modern scientific development concept,vigorously promotes intangible cultural heritage,actively enhances the innovative concept of"culture+economy",and strives to form a complete strategy of"promoting economic development through intangible cultural heritage industrialization for poverty alleviation",to help Jingxi City to achieve breakthroughs in poverty alleviation.
