外文摘要：Modern development is development under modernism and is relevant with modernization. Original modern countries also caused serious ＂development problems＂ while realizing modernization. Developing countries nowadays are also facing the same problems. We should form the modern development theory, thought tropism and principle though the variety of development theory.
