中文摘要:[目的]为了解RS261菌株诱导辣椒抗疫病的生理生化机理。[方法]测定用RS261菌株处理后的辣椒果内可溶性蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)含量及过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的变化。[结果]RS261菌株对辣椒果可溶性蛋白含量和防御性酶活性无不良影响。疫霉和菌液+疫霉2个处理的辣椒果MDA含量及SOD、CAT和POD活性在处理后呈不断上升趋势,只是菌液+疫霉处理的上升量比疫霉处理的低,而可溶性蛋白含量和PAL活性变化呈现不同趋势,菌液+疫霉处理的辣椒果内可溶性蛋白含量和PAL活性随时间推移不断上升,而仅接病菌处理却不断下降。[结论]RS261菌株可以在一定程度上消除病原菌对辣椒体内活性氧清除相关酶(SOD、CAT和POD)的酶活性,共同接种后可诱导寄主体内PAL活性的变化,从而提高寄主的抗性。
外文摘要:[Objective]The research aimed to compare the physiological and biochemical characteristics of strain RS261 to capsicum phytophthora blight.[Method]The soluble protein and MDA and activities of SOD,CAT,POD and PAL were test.[Result]Compared with the treatment inoculating the sterile water,the treatment inoculating RS261 strain did not remarkably change the contents of the soluble protein and MDA and activities of SOD,CAT,POD and PAL.Inoculation with P.capsici considerably increased content of MDA and dynamic of SOD,CAT and POD activities in the capsicum;co-inoculated with the strain RS261 and P.capsici at the same time on pepper fruits also significantly increased the MDA content and SOD,POD and CAT activities,but they all below the treatment with P.capsici;soluble protein content and PAL activity showed a different trend,the treatment with co-inoculated increased content of the soluble protein content and PAL activity over time,and only then has continued to decline to deal with P.capsici.[Conclusion] Inducing PAL activity may enhance anti-disease capability of plants.
