中文摘要：为了揭示退耕还林项目对缓解贫困的影响,文中以甘肃南部武都区为例,通过可持续生计分析框架(SLA),结合180份调查问卷,建立了适合该区域退耕还林工程的农户生计综合能力指数体系,并对参与该工程的农户进行了比较分析。经分析,退耕后,参与项目的绝对贫困、相对贫困和一般农户在人均纯收入和生计综合能力方面都发生了可喜的变化,且绝对贫困人口受益最大,而富裕农户在上述三个方面却发生了倒退的现象。

外文摘要：Based on the framework of sustainable livelihood analysis（SLA）,we established an index system of overall livelihood capacities（OLC） with 180 questionnaires in order to reveal the impact of returning farmland to forest project on the poverty alleviation in Wudu district,south of Gansu province.In addition,farmers to participated in the project were compared bewteen 2003 and 2008.Results showed absolute poverty farmers,relative poverty farmers and general farmers participating the project had been greatly changed in aspects of net income per capita,overall livelihood capacities and poverty degrees.The absolute poverty farmers got the benefit mostly.On the other hand,the opposite phenomenon has occurred to rich farmers.
