中文摘要：随着广东传统陆域经济发展进入转型升级与结构调整期,广东海洋新经济迎来了千载难逢的发展机遇,特别是在《广东海洋经济综合试验区发展规划》出台后,广东大力发展海洋经济有了更加明确的产业定位和思想指导。珠三角地处广东区域的核心地带,在广东经济社会发展中发挥着十分重要的作用,其有责任在新一轮海洋经济发展大潮中继续扮演好排头兵的角色,带动整个广东海洋经济实现质的飞跃。因此,探讨珠三角海洋经济发展布局的基本原则、目标和保障措施十分必要和重要。

外文摘要：As the Guangdong＇s traditional land-area economic development has ectered the stage of transitions, upgrading and structural adjustment, marine economy in Guangdong has ushered in a golden opportunity for development. Especially, after the Development Plan for the Integrated Test Area of Guangdong Marine Economy was formulated, Guangdong＇s vigorous effort in developing marine economy has had clearer industrial positioning and ideological guidance. Located in the core area of Guangdong, the Zhujiang River Delta plays role in the socioeconomic development of Guangdong and is obligated to continue pacesetter in the new round of marine economic development tide, and spttr Guangd explore ong marine economy to change in essence.
