中文摘要：该文以“调顺网龙”文化为切入点,通过研究调顺网龙的社会价值及海洋龙文化,发现调顺网龙具有发展海洋文化的价值取向,阐述其对海洋精神的凸显,分析其富有激情浪漫的海洋文化审美意蕴、蕴含的浓郁海洋文化特色。可见调顺网龙承载着积极的时代意蕴,代表着中华民族独特的审美旨趣,蕴藏着文化深意,折射出中华民族的精神实质,这对于发展海洋文化、强化国人的海洋意识和海洋观念具有重要的现实意义,推动着海洋命运共同体建设,进一步实现海洋文化自信。最后,基于非物质文化遗产调顺网龙的传承与保护提出3点可行办法,进一步阐述调顺网龙的实际应用价值。

外文摘要：This study takes the study of Diaoshun Wanglong culture as the starting point.Through studying the social value and ocean dragon culture of Diaoshun Wanglong,it is found that Diaoshun Wanglong has the value orientation of developing ocean culture,expounds its prominence to the ocean spirit,and its passionate and romantic aesthetic implication of ocean culture,and analyzes the rich ocean culture characteristics contained in Diaoshun Wanglong,which carries positive era implication,It represents the unique aesthetic purport of the Chinese nation,contains cultural implications,and reflects the spiritual essence of the Chinese nation,which has important practical significance for the development of marine culture,the strengthening of Chinese people's marine awareness and concept,and promotes the construction of the marine development community,and further realizes the confidence of marine culture.Based on the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage Diaoshun Wanglong,three feasible methods are proposed,and the practical application value of Diaoshun Wanglong is further elaborated.
