中文摘要：基于新发展理念构建滨海城市旅游产业高质量发展评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS(逼近理想解排序)法与障碍度模型,对粤西3个滨海城市2012—2023年旅游产业高质量发展态势进行评价研究,并识别其关键障碍因素。结果表明:2012—2023年湛江市旅游产业高质量发展水平显著提升,茂名市小幅下降,阳江市则有大幅下降,茂名、阳江与湛江之间的差距逐渐扩大,粤西区域整体则小幅提升;区域旅游产业高质量发展的关键障碍因子集中在创新发展、协调发展、共享发展与开放发展4个方面。

外文摘要：Based on the new development concept,a high-quality development evaluation index system for the tourism industry in coastal cities was constructed.Using entropy weight TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)and obstacle degree model,the high-quality development trend of the tourism industry in three coastal cities in western Guangdong from 2012 to 2023 was evaluated and studied,and key obstacle factors were identified.The results show that the high-quality development level of the tourism industry in Zhanjiang City has significantly improved from 2012 to 2023,with a slight decrease in Maoming City and a significant decrease in Yangjiang City.The gap between Maoming,Yangjiang,and Zhanjiang is gradually widening,while the overall development level in the western Guangdong region has slightly improved.The key obstacles to the high-quality development of regional tourism industry are concentrated in four aspects:innovative development,coordinated development,shared development,and open development.
