中文摘要:为对危险品应急事故做出快速反应,实现事故动态监控和实时决策,结合船舶运载危险品的特点,提出船载危险品应急管理系统的设计思路.对船载危险品应急管理系统的关键模块,如化学品查询系统、反应性预测系统和应急决策生成模块设计进行介绍.实际应用表明,该系统对海事危险品管理和运输起到一定的安全保障作用.
外文摘要:In order to give quick response to incidents of danger- ous goods, and achieve the dynamic accident monitoring and re- al-time decision-making, the design of the emergency manage- ment System for ship borne dangerous goods is put forward combi- ning with the characteristics of ship borne trade. Key modules of the ship borne dangerous goods emergency decision system are introduced, such as chemicals query system, the reactivity pre- diction system and emergency decision generation module. Prac- tical application shows that the system plays a security role for maritime dangerous goods management and transportation.
