中文摘要:试验旨在探究留茬高度对青贮玉米品质的影响。试验选用雅玉青贮8号,按随机区组进行种植,于蜡熟期收获,设置15、25、35、45 cm等4个留茬高度处理组(Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组),每个处理组设置3个重复。收割后粉碎装袋,青贮90 d测定品质。结果显示,随留茬高度增加,雅玉青贮8号粗蛋白(CP)含量呈上升趋势,Ⅳ组CP含量显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅳ组的总可消化养分(TDN)、维持净能(NEm)、增重净能(NEg)均显著提高(P<0.05)。随留茬高度增加,非纤维性碳水化合物和非结构性碳水化合物呈上升趋势(P>0.05);Ⅳ组非纤维性碳水化合物含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。Ⅳ组干物质(DM)、NDF、CP降解率显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。研究表明,雅玉青贮8号在湛江适宜的留茬高度为35~45 cm。
外文摘要:The experiment was to explore the effect of stubble height on quality of silage corn.Yayu Silage No.8 was selected for experiment.It was planted in random groups and harvested at the waxy ripening stage.Four stubble height treatment groups(groupⅠ,groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣ)were set up,including 15,25,35 and 45 cm,and each treatment group was set up with three replicates.Crush and bag after harvest,and measure the quality after 90 d of silage.The results showed that the crude protein content of Yayu Silage No.8 increased with the increase of stubble height,and the crude protein content in groupⅣwas significantly higher than that in groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢ(P<0.05).The content of ADF and NDF in groupⅠwas significantly higher than that in groupⅣ(P<0.05).Compared with groupⅠ,TDN,NEm and NEg in groupⅣwere significantly increased(P<0.05).With the increase of stubble height,the non-fibrous carbohydrate and non-structural carbohydrate showed an upward trend(P>0.05).The content of non-fibrous carbohydrate in groupⅣwas significantly higher than that in groupⅠ(P<0.05).The degradation rate of DM,NDF and CP in groupⅣwas significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The study indicates that the suitable stubble height of Yayu Silage No.8 in Zhanjiang is 35~45 cm.
