中文摘要：为更准确地掌握中国海洋战略性新兴产业的发展动态和它与海洋三次产业的关联关系,论文利用灰色综合关联分析方法对中国海洋战略性新兴产业的发展进行了关联度分析。结果表明:近4年海洋战略性新兴产业发展较以往更为迅速,相对于海洋电力业,海洋生物医药业和海水利用业在海洋经济中的地位更重要。论文认为需要制定发展规划和国家标准,改造传统海洋产业,开展科技创新,加强民间和国际合作,以推动海洋战略性新兴产业发展。

外文摘要：In order to grasp the development dynamics of strategic emerging marine industry of China and the relationship between the ocean three industries with strategic emerging marine industries accurately, This paper carries through relative analysis of the development of strategic emerging marine industries of China by grey synthetically relational degree analysis. The study shows that： in the past four years, the development of strategic emerging marine industry is more rapidly than in the past. The status of the marine bio-pharmaceutical industry and the seawater utilization industry in the marine economy is more important than the marine power industry. The paper argues that in order to promote the development of strategic emerging marine industries, we should formulated development planning and national standards, transform traditional marine industry, carry out the scientific and technological innovation, and strengthen folk and international cooperation.
