中文摘要：近年来,我国海洋产业增加值大幅度地提高。鉴于单项预测模型的局限性,本文运用线性规划的方法赋予合理的权重,将时间趋势模型和指数平滑模型加权组合,采用组合预测的方法对我国未来几年的海洋产业增加值进行了预测。

外文摘要：Value-added of China＇s marine industry increased significantly in recent years. Due to the limitations of each single forecasting model, this paper predicted the next few years value-added of China＇s marine industry by using the weighting coefficients derived by linear programming and combining time trend model and exponential smoothing model.
